Just updated my blog to WordPress v6.5.2 which is a maintenance and security release that addresses 1 security issue, fixes 2 core bugs, and fixes 12 bugs in the Block Editor. As always, I backed up my files and database first. I have automatic updates disabled so I can do this beforehand. As I usually do, I updated the local copy on my PC before updating the blog here.

My TwentyTwelve parent theme was not updated so I did not have to worry about anything affecting my child theme. So far the update seems to have gone well. 🙂
