Just updated my blog to WordPress v6.7 ( known as “Rollins” ) which contains various feature updates/additions and performance improvements. I’ll let you read the WordPress 6.7 Field Guide to find out more as the release notes don’t say that much currently. As always, I backed up my files and database first. I have automatic updates disabled so I can do this beforehand. As I usually do, I updated the local copy on my PC before updating the blog here.
My TwentyTwelve parent theme was updated to version 4.4. Comparing files with the previous version, I found out that only the header.php of my child theme needed just 1 line changed. So far the update seems to have gone well. Granted, I haven’t tried much of the new stuff out yet. 🙂
