Blog Updated to WordPress v4.5.2

Just finished updating my blog to WordPress v4.5.2 which contained a few security patches. As always, I backed up my files and database first. The update seems to have gone smooth and this is a test post to make sure everything else on this side is still working. 🙂
Blog Updated to WordPress v4.5.1
Just a quick post to mention I updated my blog to WordPress v4.5.1. As always, I backed up the files and database before applying the update. This also serves as a test post to make sure everything still works with both the upgrade and Surpass Hosting updating the server to PHP 5.5.43. 🙂

Just a quick post to mention I updated my blog to WordPress v4.5. As always, I backed up the files and database before applying the update. This also serves as a test post to make sure everything still works. The Twenty Twelve theme which I use was updated but no changes were made that affected my child theme. I used WinDiff to compare the current and backed up theme directories and none of the updated files affected me. 🙂
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Added to Blu-ray Collection
Well, I just had to go out and buy Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens on Blu-ray and add it to my collection. I have updated my DVD/Home Theater page accordingly. Even though my Blu-ray player is a bit old, it loaded and played the movie fine (the player took like 10 minutes before it would start letting me play Interstellar). I really liked the movie and can’t wait for Rogue One later this year and the following movies. 🙂
